Planar Heater 8DM need help unlocking

Hi!

I recently installed my Planar 8dm. Fired up and ran well then shut off. I figured it may have been a malfunction. Looking into it seemed the heater had overheated due to the ducting its connected to. Being night time, I decided to try and fire up the heater with the temperature set lower on the PU-5 controller figuring that may allow the heater to run longer. Well turns out same issue occurred. I tried one more time before I got the 16 blink error code indicating that the heater is now locked. I am unsure on how to unlock it! I would like to have some heat as temperatures are getting colder and I have solved my ducting issue.

I would call Autoterm, they are meant to be really good on customer servoce, and i hpe they are as i an considering getting one for my boat.
