Places to moor upsteam of Reading ?

Anyone have recommendations of good places to moor overnight between Reading and Wallingford..? We know Pangbourne Meadows and Beale Park but would like to get further upstream.. Ideally it will be somewhere quiet away from road and railway bridges and safe for my two children to let off steam after being boat-bound for a few hours.

Upstream of Cleve lock on the portside
Just below Cleve lock on the portside

Opposite Andrew's Freeman place at Moulsford - but could be bit noisy from Great Western or keep going and moor on eitherside close to the old Fairmile hospital

I agree with Steve if not to many out of hours cruiser's are about.
