piston ends for spinnaker pole

Does anyone know a source of piston fittings for spinnaker poles. I know Davey does a bronze one but I am really looking for something a bit cheaper (SS or preferably galvanised)

But you won't be able to order direct from them, I think you have to get a chandler to get it in for you.

The cheapest you'll get in the UK ar probably going to be Z-Spars:

Just make sure you know the id of your spinnaker tube.

An alternative is Soromap - they really are cheap but only distributed (I think) in France.
