Pilots and books about Sweden

Hello,

this summer we are going to Sweden (south and east coast). we depart from Amsterdam to Cuxhaven, Kiel and then the Swedish coast.

Does anyone have any suggestions? what are the good places, how is the sea, the weather, please fill me in...

I'm also looking for engish pilots, but i can only find swedish and german pilots. I don't understand swedish and i don't like to read german...
