How long does it take to gets pics approved by the "Moderator", think mine have been in limbo since Friday last week.

No time at all - infact it is immediate - unless you have been a naughty boy or are a newby and still on probation but as you are hardly a newby with 671 posts as of now I can only presume you have been a very naughty boy recently.

You are presumably referring to pictures added to your forum album.
They do not get automatic approval. you have to contact the Admin team by email and ask for them to be approved.
Remember though that they dont work weekends or bank holidays.
To post occasional pictures it is better to do so as attachments as there is no delay or moderation involved then. Better still use a photohosting site such as Photobucket.
Cliff's picture is on Photobucket. He does not appear to have any forum albums !
