BW report an increase in evaders and EA are getting tough on crime. Two big fines for navigational offences and a picture of one of the culprits it would seem.

But nope, the picture is of me legitimately buying a visitors licence on route to Oxford last year. I'm really hacked off with the picture. Why? It makes me look fat!

Actually you don't look fat as its not you. I took the picture at Bray Lock on the Thames a few years ago as my co-owner and I got a ticking off for not displaying our river license. Couldn't resist the photo opportunity as I knew I could use it in the mag some day.
