pick up / set down poole

We'd like to take an elderly relative for a day out from Poole. She's not sufficiently mobile to clamber over a raft of boats on the town quay or board from the dinghy. Can anyone with local knowledge recommend somewhere with public access we could pick up/set down (may take up to 15 mins) without paying huge short stay fees? Preferably nowhere too bouncy or requiring althletic ability to reach. We're a shade over 12m long and draw about 1.7m.

The only place apart from the Yacht Clubs is the Haven on Poole Quay (not alongside the quay). This has a short stay pontoon and car parking/stopping right outside. Sure you will be able to make arrangements with them to do a pick up and drop off.
