Does anybody know what the PHRF rating is for a 1975, Rival 32, I raced mine today and placed third at our local club's triangle race.

PHRF ratings are area, and for that matter country specific - where are you?

I have a figure of 1042 for a Rival 31, with a fixed 2-blade prop. If I'm right in thinking there's little difference in hull shape with the 32 (just slightly different at the stern?) then maybe a PH number of 1030 to 1035 might be appropriate. This is not scientific though!

PHRF ratings are on-going and are only based on you boat's time relative to the winners time for your race fleet or racing area.
If you were placed 3rd with no known PHRF on a Rival 32 then you are doing exceptionally well as Rival 32's are stationary sailboats till the wind gets above F4. (No Joke - It's true!)
