Anyone know where I can get the bedding infill for the starboard twin cabin to turn the twin beds into a double - without having to go back to Fairline and paying their 'retail' price!

You could make the solid part in plywood then get the mattress piece from eg www.cbscc.co.uk , from whom I've bought stuff and got very good/low cost service
