We chartered a day boat form Peurto Pollensa and to my recollection the ICC was all that was required.
Be careful with covering the deposit on your credit card. I thought that they had just swiped it but it turned out that they took the money then repaid it and I ended up about forty quid out of pocket due to fees and exchange rates.
