Perth WA Crewing

Solent sailor visiting Perth WA for a few weeks.

Long shot I guess but any forum members looking for a crew for a day sail?

Racing or cruising? Much of the latter is motor rather than sail. There are several clubs (South Perth, Royal Perth, Freshwater Bay, Fremantle). Most have crew lists of one sort or another but might not work well for short notice one off sail.
Freo is best for ocean sailing (the others are on the river, although RPYC have an annexe at Freo too). They have a crew notice board just through the bar where you can get contact details of those needing crew. Might be worth a trip down there as it's a friendly place and near South Beach. The free CAT bus will get you there from Freo station. There is inshore racing tomorrow afternoon and Sunday morning this weekend (8/9 Feb) and an overnight race next weekend.
