Personal insurance for cruising to unusual places

Any idea where I start looking for personal travel insurance for a trip to interesting places like North Norway etc followed by an atlantic crossing? Any help appreciated.

Most dont like you sailing out of sight of land, ok here.

An Atlantic crossing may be a whole new ball game though.
