Hello:
I have recently bought a boat with a Perkins 4108 inboard engine.
The engine was not warming up very quickly so I decided to investigate the thermostat to find there was none installed!
I have found a replacement stat, but am not sure which way round to fit it (spring side up or down?) as there is not one to copy from.
Can seomeone please advise?
