Motoring back to harbour today I smelt diesel, on investigation I noticed it dripping off the bottom of the injection pipes on the fuel pump.
Are there washers of some sort under the pipes? I can't post a picture for some reason. It's a Perkins perama.
The leak seems to be coming from one of the bottom nuts.

No washers between injector pipe & injector at the top & injector pipe & delivery valve holder at bottom it is a face to face metal/metal seal. There is a washer between the delivery valve holder & the pump body.It might be a cracked injector pipe where the pipe thickens up at the end inside the nut.

Thanks Jim, looking at the pictures again which won't post for some reason it looks like the bleed nut is weeping a bit, it looks like two washers and banjo fitting. Maybe start there?
