Perkins 4236 heat exchanger

The heat exchanger on our 30 year old Perkins 4236m engine has failed. The end cap is warped and the housing corroded so we can’t get it to seal.

Any advice on finding a like for like replacement? I’ve scoured the net but nothing seems to be available.

I had my heatexchanger welded up and filed back to shape.

I have also sealed then end caps of one of my heat exchangers with Sikaflex
