Been clearing out me dad's loft today and come across a perkins CH310 head gasket set for a 107 or a 108.

Anybody that can put it to a good use or a suitable retirement home, send me a PM with your address and I'll wrap it and post it to you. No cost but put a few coppers in the Lifeboat box next time you're passing.

Sorry Kim, I know there is a sale board but it is in a good cause and I'm not realy selling. Buy you a pint sometime.

ChrisP ;o))

How's about a different charity like the RNID ? The RNLI have so much money they are looking for things to spend it on. (and that is not a flippant comment)

Didn't mean any offence to the other's the RNLI has always been the one I think of first. I also have the largest RNLI badge in the country to ensure that if ever there's a need I get rescued first. To be honest I don't mind where the money goes just so long as somebody benefits.

I got this bee in my bonnet about the RNLI since they wasted and continue to waste all that money on Thames Lifeboats and pay their coastal Coxswains and Engineers a lower salary than the Thames dudes this and the fact that (I beleive) they are the richest charity in the UK whilst others like the RNID scrimp for every penny.
