Perkins 4.236 searchable pdf manual

Hi folks,
Would anyone have a searchable perkins 4.236 workshop manual that they could share?
I have a scanned original one but it is not searchable which I find useful as I go about putting my engine back together again after a big overhaul.

What do you mean by searchable? Do you want it indexed?
Just read and comprehend it all.

As in ctrl-F to search the large pdf for a particular reference to a torque setting for example. And yes I have read it all and I do comphrend it all but having the ability to search make life that little bit easier. Thanks for your help.

Some PDF readers have that facility to read characters, it's worth trying the file in some different ones.

thanks I did try a few but what I have is a scan pdf of the original printed manual and it is not working on that.
