Just looking for others experience/advise. My Suzuki 175hp with 100 hours has run well and continues to but recently I discovered that after I had been running the engine hard and towing donuts that at idle or in low revs there was a squeak/whine coming from the engine. I rested the engine and the noise disappeared but a few times after when I have been near WOT for a little while then either idle or engage gear a similar noise returns. Should I be worried or is the engine just protesting with the strain then returning to normal when used in a more leisurely fashion? Engine service in line with requirement, flushed after every use and oil level checked before each use (half a litre needed at last check).
