Many will know Val the former Landlady of the Perch and Pike, she and Neil gave up the tenancy last November.
I am sad to report she passed away at 5pm today (Friday 7th March 2014)

That's very sad, she was an excellent cook. Tanks for letting us know.

Very sad. Yes she was an excellent cook and a very nice lady. We really enjoyed our last visit.
