Despite the occasional lapse into pedantry, I like to think that I'm reasonably easy-going, and don't nit pick about details that don't really matter.
However, on reading this article, I feel moved to comment about their spelling. Max Aitken was one of the originators of the Cowes to Torquay race, a yachtsman of distinction and, through the Daily and Sunday Express - which he owned - a constant enthusiast for getting out on the water, whether with sail or power.
Surely to God, one of Britain's main mobo magazines should be able to spell his surname properly?
