PC Navigation Software for ARCS charts?

I asked this question a couple of years ago, but the market has changed since then:

I'm currently using NavMaster software on my leisure sailing yacht, and I'm considering other options. I have a number of ARCS charts, and a USB dongle.

What software is recommended?

I also have got Navmaster. I am pretty sure that you cannot transfer your ARCS license to another Nav package. I looked into this last year
