PBO March 2012: Puzzle no 147, Page 83:
"Approaching harbour, you spot a ship with a cylindrical day-shape hoisted in the rigging. What does this mean?"
The answer given is Not Under Command, which is WRONG! [See below: it seems I jumped the gun, by a month]
The correct answer is Constrained by Draught. This is the easiest one to remember: the cylinder was originally a barrel, just think of a barrel of draft beer!
