Received magazine today,opened wrapper and to my dismay found that it had one inch cropped off the right hand side making it unreadable.Has this happened to anyone else?

Efficiency drive: employing sub-editors to make it unreadable is far more expensive.

Emailed them today and their sending me another one and returning damaged one.
