Passport checks Spain, Gibraltar

Used the land crossing a couple of days ago.
Spanish police officer checked my passport after checking all the pages he asked why I had no entry stamp.
Produced my TIE so everything was okay. Not sure what would have happened if I didn't have a residency card.

The UK is not part of Schengen. They will be making sure that UK citizens are not sneaking in by the back door.
