Does anyone know where you can get spares for a henderson mark 5 pump?. Not the normal repair kit (diaphram etc) the bit thats broken isn't in that pack.

Will supply all the bits individually if you ask, though site lists them all in various 'kits'. Good service; recently replaced an outlet valve which had failed at no cost and arrived next day.
Watch out, there are several variations of the Mk V., especially when it comes to the through deck fittings.

Munster Simms make the Henderson Mk5 pump and can supply odd spare parts not in the kit.
I've had bits from them in the past.
