Have ceased trading- a sad day. I hope someone salvages the business.

They are/were on my doorstep and I hadn't realized things were so bad as they seemed to have an order book for 235s.
I am desperately sad to hear this as they are the best of boat builders and whilst I have no connection with them I sailed my first Parker boat way back in 1981( a Lark.) and saw then how much better made it was than other Larks. I have always wanted a Parker 235, but for the small usage i'd get I could not justify the outlay.
In the last three years they sold their factory site which now has housing on it in Frampton, and they moved onto Riverside Tradigng Estate quite recently.
We have an even smaller buider called Pippin Yachts in Sutterton. It would be very bad news if we were to lose them both.
This is dreadful news
