Hello all -

I’m considering a Parker 790 however there’s not much online in the way of reviews beyond promo videos.

Any feedback or views on the 790 would be helpful, especially in terms of sea keeping/handling and build quality? Any alternatives to consider in the 8m peer group?

Don’t know about the 790 but I have the Parker 850 and have been very pleased with it

Not sure if still relevant, but I have one and have been pleased. Quality wise, Im a bit biased I guess, but I checked out most similar options available in the US market and it seemed the best value in that size with only a single outboard, e.g., compared to antares 8, 795, the cutwater, etc. Have not checked out the bayliner. More quality options at the 2+ outboard sizes in the US due to market preferences, but that is generally a completely different price bracket.
