A lock gate (between the port and the river) has failed at the Arsenal which is consequently closed from that direction for about two weeks while repairs happen.
It is possible to come through the Canal St Denis from the river downstream from Paris city centre although the passage is a little time-consuming. Taking that route however, the large Bassin de la Vilette is reached first with good pontoon moorings, so possibly no need to make the final leg to the Arsenal itself.
