Paraffin on PDA

Just spilled some paraffin over my pda. Seems to have gotten into the display as it looks stained now. Bit like wet paper. Anything I could do about it or will it go away by itself?

try wick it up with paper towel. It will have got behind the transparent touch screen. Wont go away soon

Try taking the battery cover off and remove battery then place screen down on a radiator - not too hot ! This might evaporate the paraffin.

If its insured you could always float test it !
