Paperwork?

Hi,

I keep reading how foolish it would be to take a boat to France without the correct paperwork.

What do I need....?... and if I am restoring an unknown wreck which I was given to save the cost of burning and removal...how do I prove ownership, VAT paid etc?

She's 22ft, carvel, pitch pine on oak, done considerable research, no knows what she is , no clues available or how old - looks like a cross between a Deben and a GRP Tamarisk 24


Any thoughts?

I thought that the only problem was the age one, and if she is,as sounds, born before VAT then no problem?
