It seems you have deleted the "Pantaenius name and shame" thread.

I understand that it within your rights to do such a thing but don't we all deserve a reason and explanation?

Do you have an objection for me to put the thread on my web site

And so say I Chris as mine has also gone.

All IPC had to do was ask me for original docs. from Pantaenius and it would have supported/corroborated every word I wrote.

Obviously they don't have the same sort of legal power as the BBC for "They think it's all over" and other progs. of a similar vein.

Pity they lack the bottle to serve their readership with facts.

The thread, which as you are aware contained comments from several forum users, has been reported to us as containing factual inaccuracies and as a consequence we have had to suspend it, and some related comment.

In respect of consideration for all parties it is an automatic policy of our unmoderated forums that posts and, if necessary, strings of posts or threads, are suspended automatically at the time of any claim of factual inaccuracy. The matter is currently being considered I hope to be able to bring you a statement about this later this today.

We will not be able to release the thread contents to you for publication on another website.

Also I would request for this matter not to be discussed further on ybw.com forums at this time, nor the link to your website published. This thread will be locked accordingly and the website link edited out of your post.
