Does anyone know a UK supplier of gimbals and pan clamps for Origo 3000 alcohol stoves? I know I can order from the USA/Ebay but hoped someone may have them this side of the pond?

The Cook-Mate 1600 and 3100 are Origo clones and so a search for Cook-Mate gimbals/pan clamps might perhaps provide some results?

It's possible/likely that I'll be heckled for this, but I saw the price of the "pan clamps" a few years ago, and recoiled in horror.
I made a perfectly safe and usable alternative to retain the pans over the flame out of a metal coat hanger, bent suitably to fit the metal work.
It's worked without a problem for 6-8 years on my Origo 6000, where I use it every day when sailing.

Edit: Saw this from KTL yonks ago that has a perspective view on this also.

LOL - I was going to suggest Dylan's mole grips idea..

Strange thing is that when I bought a Dometic ( now inc Origo ?) two burner gas hob for about £200 the pan holders came included .
My dutch friend tells me he made two holders by cutting out the bottom of two sceond hand s/s dog bowls.
Would it be hard to make some up ? Of the rod variety.
