Palma majorca accommodation

Hi all

I'm flying out to Palma to look at a boat sometime during the next fortnight.. has anyone got any suggestions for where to stay (relatively cheaply) for a couple of nights? Ideally near the old town in palma

Hi Carol,
It's hard to know what others think is cheap but we always search via easijets hotel finding service and have got good quality 4 star in city and walking distance from marina area last year, for less than £30 per night half board.

Palma - Boat = very big and expensive, there was nothing small there when i looked around the marina (sorry i mean boat park) last week.

If you look up the website for Tryp / Melia hotels, they often have good deals out of season.

Now for some serious boat viewing!

I'm looking at a HR 39 (the prime reason for the trip) but also whilst I'm there, hopefully a contest 43, HR 42F and Najad 390.
No doubt I'll come back boggled...
