Painting the deck

Hi all, I’ve owned my Colvic Northerner for around a year now and she hasn’t had any painting done to her for around 5 years, as such the paint is flaking away revealing the base coat. I’ve attached some photos of what this looks like but needless to say I’m loooking to get this sorted sooner rather than later. Would it be worth painting just the damaged areas, and what would this involve?

Or is the whole deck needing a paint job. Can anyone recommend any good instructions for this, as I’m yet to repaint a boat and would not be able to afford to get this done professionally.
