Any idea what the minimum temperature is I can antifoul in?? was hoping to do it this week but not sure I should in 3 degrees......

International say 5 degree's, but that the substrate temp not air temp. I've done it once in cold condition's but the paint needed thinning which is not recommended as the A/F was so thick to paint.

If its really cold, a good trick is to put the paint can in bucket of hot water. It makes it thinner and a lot easier to apply.

There may also be recommendations about the substrate temperature relative to the dewpoint. You need to avoid condensation on the surface while you are working!
Check the AF manufacturers product data sheet via their website. All the conditions should be set out on there. International certainly give all the necessary guidance on theirs.
If necessary I see no problem with thinning the paint a little provided the same quantity of (unthinned) paint is used per given area

Most recommend 5 dec C as a minimum on the surface to be painted.
You could paint wiht thinners but then the anti-foul will either not work very well or not stick to the hull.
It's just to cold to do anything this week.
