We have a 361 with window / portholes on the hull which are bonded into a recess on the outer surface. The outer edges of them have a strip, about 1in wide, painted to match the hull leaving a transparent centre.

I think they are made of plexiglass/ perspex rather than toughened glass but I am not sure.

A couple of them have got a bits of the paint missing from contact with pontoons etc.

Any suggestions what we should use to touch them up?

Personally I'd either leave them or get a professional sprayer to do it. My experience of paint on boats is that once you do it then you're in for a lifetime of maintenance, and whoever you sell the boat to will curse you forever! If you get a pro to spray it then it's likely to be a good job and will last as well as the original. They will also likely do a better job of masking and use better paint and match the colour too. From the sound of it you're looking at a day of work so not too pricey.
