Can anyone tell me if you can tint 2 part polyurethane high gloss paint (International Perfection). They do not do the colour I require any more (Texas Yellow)

Depending on quantities required they may even mix for you. Worth a phone call.

I imagine that you can still get any colour you want in two part from International.
They used to supply the professional range (800?) in over 60 different colours. Normally in 2.5 litre cans. You also have to get thinners and accelator. Lead time was about 2 weeks.
I still have two cans of Oxford Blue.
Look at the International Professional range.
