radio 4 had coverage this evening.

MAIB investigations of ships movements led them to think PoB was in right area. When it returns to Portsmouth this evening, it will be boarded by police who want to talk to watch officers, and to inspect hull for any signs of damage.

A Solent coastguard spokesman was at pains to point out it was routine, and no evidence at the moment to support it's involvement
