Had a naff morning so popped to the marina to cheer myself up...

Backfired - Sooo many boats out of the water, No regrets looked like she was next in line and mine appeared nervous as she's out too next week.

Any advice to get over the this years lift out blues?

Fire up the Eberspacher and go out on the boat!!

Winter boating is great, but you have to aim to be back in the marina for 3.30 pm, otherwise it gets a bit dark.....

No Regrets was undergoing her survey, pending the sale! /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I believe the survey was satisfactory (It ought to have been, given the cash and love spent on her!!) but I will be genuinely sad to see her go.

The only good thing is the lovely Broom awaiting.... /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I had a great day Saturday, removed one of the Broom side sliding doors to fit new rollers.

Then found the old ones were siezed solid and was going to have to dismantle the door to remove them as attached to the door from inside the aluminium frame.

Then it was getting dark......and cold.....

The mutt looked at me as if to say "are we goin home soon?"

Finally managed to remove just the roller itself leaving the rest of the 30year old metallic bracket crud ridden thing behind.

Wish I never started it....

Does glide nicely now. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Oh i would love to see your face when you get the price /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif From one i looked at a while ago a sash pulley would do the same job .

Was that just for the rollers? I need to get the whole assembly and then build the doors to suit.
