When you posed a similar question in January I tried to find the YM report that I obtained from Copyshop about 8 years ago but to no avail. However, I assume they will be able to send you a copy. At the time I also requested information from Oyster and they obliged with technical data, old brochures etc. I chartered one called Quicksilver from Portway Plymouth and enjoyed the sailing performance although an obscure blocked filter (missed by the boatyard during servicing) gave us engine problems. Other memories are unfortunately a bit hazy.

Which one are you looking at. What year; which engine; which sails etc.

We looked at Quicksilver I with a view to buying her, but SWMBO wasn't keen on the interior and wants something bigger, I thought it was a great boat and would have gone for it. Sails superbly well and has excellent race results.

This post is probably no longer being looked at by anyone but we are very close to buying one - did you find any info out other than that shown here? - do not suppose there is a owners association is there - only 53 built I believe but they did become the Leisure 26 - do not think there were many of them though either
