[/ QUOTE ] I have looked at their website but H&S info is a bit sketchy.
They do several "patio cleaners" some clearly contain a fungicide and/or algicide. They may be good for cleaning teak but a decking cleaner might be a more logical choice.
The "Patio and Brick Cleaner" is acidic by the sound of it, maybe that contains HCl.

Will oxalic acid work to get rid of waterline crud too
[/ QUOTE ] Y10 is the stuff they sell for that. Apparently it contains oxalic acid and others report good results with an oxalic acid wallpaper paste mixture. Never tried either though!
The choice then is buy Y10 or frig about making up your own. When I was working and could have easily got the pot of oxalic acid of the lab shelf I'd have made my ow. Now I'd probably buy the Y10.
having had boats with badly stained hulls and tarnish marks from low grade stainless chainplates I have used most commercial stain/tarnish/rust mark removers including straight oxalic acid applied in a number of ways and concentrations, the Starbrite Rust Stain Remover (not the Starbrite Hull Stain Remover & Cleaner which is more widely available) )is far better than anything else - it not only removes rust stains but is absolutely excellent at bringing back to sparkling white a hull which has gone yellow/brown through general weather and sea water staining. I am not sure what the effect would be on a coloured gelcoat though.

I bought 5Kg from AGP mainly because I couldn't bear to pay more in carriage than the cost of 1Kg. I simply make up a saturated solution ... I don't bother with the wallpaper paste.... but DO use rubber gloves! The topsides have never looked cleaner. What do you think my (boating) friends are getting for Christmas!.
Pity it doesn't do the same job on the fouling (terrible this year in Chi).
