Boating Business this month has a Vail Williams ad for an area of Portland Harbour to be developed as a 600 berth yacht marina. There are already leisure boating companies on site.
I'm too old, too tired, and too brassic to consider being an investor, but much justified complaint exists on these forae on the cost of berthing, so you movers and shakers, how about moving and shaking!
