Theres a poster over on PB/Shufflebum/YW (yes all of them - he seems to think cross posting matters - but not MBC for some reason.......) who wants to know how many boats there are in the world and where he can buy a collision avoidance sonar.
Assuming that the two questions are in some way inter-related and he is also very concerned about submarines do you think we should get him some sort of help?
