Overhanging trees Hurley Lock

If anyone from EA is listening.....
Why has the overhanging tree in the lower lock cut waiting area not been cut back??

There is also another one as you come out of the lock at top end as well (with nice shot of "InlandNewbie"who needs a burgee!)..

It's EA land and everyone has to untie go out and around and then back in again when moving up.
It's been like that all year within 100yards of HARLEYFORD Marina and therefore lots of high boats.
Please EA, can you get your hedge clippers out....!!!!

EA disbanded their regular tree cutting band years ago, and now only do anything is the channel is blocked...

tall boats from HF hardly ever go out and if they do, then hovering in the middle of the channel is de rigueur, can't get the fenders dirty with residue left by lesser folk, doncha know :D :D

Do what B1 suggest and contact Reading and complain (politely)..
