Okay so I moan a lot about the standard of service offered to the boating world so hear is something new.
Spent a couple of hours looking for a new OB for "Patches" to take me and dog ashore. Visited the usual selection of swindelry a left feeling like I was an inconvenience. We drove around looking for another option and stumbled across Fairweather Marine, outboard and rib specialist at Fareham. We were welcomed, offered advice, asked what we needed, shown the choices available and invited to think things over. Having made our selection (spending more than we had planned) we had a full brief and demonstration of our new toy.
How can we get these folks into the chandelry business?
