Anyone have any news or information, please? They are not responding to calls or emails.

I have dealt with them over the years and always had first class service but now an order and its replacement have not arrived.

The silence is worrying.

Update:
Normal excellent service resumed, I more than happy to report.
"The Man" had been away from telephone coverage area and contacted me immediately on his return.
Issue resolved. Carriers lost the consignment. Replacement arrived early this week.
All back to normal.

Always been excellent service in my experience.

I've bought from them over the years too, with good service. However, the originator Nigel Hubbard who was based in the midlands somewhere, at the end of 2014 sold the operation to Ropeloft . So it is now based in Lydd, Kent!

Still good service though ... ...
