Outboard steering

Some while back I asked if anyone knew where to acquire the bits and pieces to convert our dory from single cable to drum and pulley steering. Someone (Lakesailor?) came up with an American site which was just what I needed.

True to form, I have lost the information and no amount of Googling or searches oft this site helps me to find it again.
