Has anyone here ever used a company in Cambridgeshire for outboard spares?
Not sure if I can name them with forum rules or whatever, but I bought some spares from said company a few months back, and spoke to the chap, he send spares a few days later and was very helpful.
Just 3 weeks back, emailed them, got a quote, paid about £180, and its been 3 weeks, no sign of the parts - keep calling and getting voicemail, emails are replied with non-punctuated one liners like 'we're working on getting them' - 'we've been busy' - 'I'll find out whats happening' and the like.. must have emailed about 15 times with similar replies, half of which I never get replies at all.
I think 3 weeks is unacceptable, and communication is terrible too. What to do? I've asked for money back, and was replied that they will try get them out to me.
I've about had it now, and dont want anyone else to lose money like I did if anyone deals with this company. All I want is the parts I ordered!
