I just had a call from the officer who watched the video. She confirmed that it was dreadful - not that there were blind spots, but that at night she could not see anything on the video, only the occasional bright light if the camera got a street lamp in view. The system is not suitable for seeing in the dark in the slightest. It is clear that the marina were not congratulated on the quality of their CCTV!
