Outboard motor security

Anybody know of a good lock for my Mariner 115 hp outboard ?(Ive just read the insurance policy and the company requires it).

Also they have a clause saying that an automatic fire extinguisher has to be fitted in the tank space, but I cant believe that a small extinguisher that goes off automatically at about 80 deg C will do s*d all to stop 125 lts of petrol going up in a fireball. Anyone got any experience of this sort of installation and any tips? I feel that the extinguisher will satisfy the insurance co. but do nothing to put out an explosion!

not sure about the extinguisher bit: my insurance (and a lot of others I looked at) only requires auto ones for inboard engine compartments and "if possible" tank space, but again, only if inboard engine : You're sure your policy requires them for an outboard installation?.
